We stand behind the quality of our coffee and products. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Refunds & Returns:

  • Coffee Products: Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns. However, if your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Non-perishable items (e.g. gift sets, merchandise): Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused and in original packaging.

How to Request a Refund:

  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions or issue a replacement/refund.

Refund Processing:

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
